Dr. Alfred V. Samuel stands as the Chief Psychiatrist at our prestigious institution, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to the field of psychiatry. Dr Alfred's commendable achievements include receiving the Best Doctor award from the Government of Kerala in the ESI sector for the years 2007-2008. He had held pivotal roles as the State President of the Kerala Govt ESI Medical Officers Association, State Vice President of IMA (Indian Medical Association), and State President of the Indian Psychiatric Society, Kerala. In 2018, he played key roles in organizing medical conferences, showcasing his leadership capabilities.

Adding to the academic discourse, Dr. Samuel presented a paper at the Psychiatric Society State Conference in 2022 and has publications in esteemed journals, including the Psychological Medicine Journal, Kerala, and Manorama Arogyam.
